CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because Luminescent Touch experiences provide extended, unhurried treatment time, late cancellations can leave a significant portion of the day that cannot be offered to another client. If you need to make a change, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the reserved experience. Missed appointments without notice may be charged the full session amount. I understand that unexpected circumstances happen, and genuine emergencies will always be approached with care and consideration.
