Luminescent Touch is a by-appointment-only therapeutic practice. Because each appointment is reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments/no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee. This policy allows us to honor the time reserved for each client, maintain a calm and organized schedule, and continue providing the highest level of therapeutic care. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to Luminescent Touch’s cancellation policy. A card is required to reserve your appointment.
